The material list may indicate the incorrect number of crystal bicones for older charts. You may need an additional 4 Crystal 2xAB and an additional 4 Peridot 2xAB. Some stitchers have reported using a small portion of a second skein for Waterlilies #263 Salt & Pepper, #300 Belgian Stone, and #315 Coal, particularly if you are not "frugal" in your fiber usage or have the need to remove and re-stitch areas using those fibers. You may wish to purchase a second skein at the start to be certain your dye lots match.
